After 3 other agents brought almost zero potential buyers, Chris brought developers and residential buyers and got a bid about day 7. Chris raised the consideration of building multi-family units which would be ideal for this property and none of the other brokers showed the creativity that Chris brought to the table. I have elected to withdraw the property to enact certain improvements. Chris and I agreed to this approach for several reasons. The selections below do not fit because I pulled it off of the market to improve my position.
So, Chris did not sell my place because together, we reasoned that a break in our attempt to sell is the right tactic for the next 3 months. When I put it back on the market, Chris will be my agent. Chris is a very bright guy and seems more interested in my welfare than his profits. I highly recommend Chris without any reservations.
